Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

This a more economical way to go, we did not want to do a full sink replacement and bathroom remodel. Re-nu is professional and does great work. As always, go with licensed contractors and A rated better business BBB ratings. Be forewarned, will need to keep your windows open to let the chemicals air out"

"Juan did a complete remodel of one of our baths. It was a half bath and now we added a shower. He was professional, on time, and kept us up to date on the progress. He communicated clearly and if there were any changes along the way he made sure we were aware of what needed to be done and why. He did an excellent job and turned a dull old bath into a sleek/modern luxury bath. The space was small so he helped me realize my vision of what I wanted the bathroom to be. "Both my bathrooms were long overdue for upgrades. But for me the most stressful part of any home repair or improvement project is finding the right contractor. Having now worked with Raul, I would hire him again in a heartbeat. His labor costs are very reasonable. He demonstrated excellent work ethics. Once the job started, he worked to finish it. There were a few hiccups beyond our control that caused delays and while I freaked out some, he remained calm, flexible, and focused on solutions that kept the work flowing. As the work did progress, I asked for additional upgrades that were not part of the original job estimate. To which he seamlessly agreed to. He also offered a few suggestions which I agreed to and I'm so glad I did. The quality of work is excellent. He was helpful throughout the entire process. I now have have two brandnew, beautiful bathrooms to enjoy. I would highly recommend Raul and his team for any household improvement project."

"Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."
