Richard, who is the owner, is a great guy and super informative. He never left any question unanswered or left us uncertain about anything. His crew works quick, and they pay attention to the tiniest detail. They absolutely are worth every dollar and I would recommend RG Construction to any homeowner, and I for sure will be giving them a call back for any work I need done in the future. "Michael and team did such an amazing job on our bathroom remodel. They took our tiny, dysfunctional bathroom and turned it into a true master bathroom oasis in a short amount of time during the holiday season. When they had the space down to the studs, Michael sat down with us and discussed in detail the best possible use of the space and we couldn’t be happier with our final decision after going through the options. Michael was great at communicating and we still stay in touch to this day, which we truly appreciate. "Mediocre service and absolutely appalling customer service. Before having our granite countertops cleaned and sealed, I specifically mentioned how I had used acetone to treat certain olive oil stains and deliberately asked whether or not this would affect the cleaning and sealing process. Their technician assured me that it would not. After one hour of work, I observed that many of the areas that I had previously treated with acetone were significantly darker than other areas of our granite countertops. I am pretty sure this was due to the acetone-affected areas not having any prior sealant, so they absorbed water or cleaner or other liquids that were used during the cleaning. I asked the technician why certain areas on our granite countertops were much lighter than the darker areas. His response was ,I do not really have an answer for you. I found this answer unprofessional and unacceptable for someone who specializes in countertop repairs. As someone who is untrained and unskilled in countertop repair, even I could tell that my countertops had been cleaned and wetted by some cleaning agent and then sealed immediately without enough time for the cleaner to evaporate. The fact that I specifically asked beforehand over the phone whether or not acetone-treated areas would be affected by his cleaning and then immediately found darkening issues on these exact areas is an issue I cannot overlook. Furthermore, upon contacting Cole Restoration about my complaint, I was given a generic email response about how they want all of [their] customers to have a good experience and they asked for photos. I quickly replied with photos showing the areas of concern. This was over a month ago. Since then I have sent two follow up emails and left a voice message. Still ZERO response. All around dreadful, neglectful, and unacceptable. I can not and wont ever recommend Cole Restorations to anyone after being an afterthought to them for over a month."

Joshua from Contra costa county stated they are a good team and they are a team and there's only one pro came and on the first day supposed to come and he was sick so we lost days of work. my husband used a whole vacation week and we lost days . They had multiple call offs and the person that was working . They would not stay whole day . There was days will he come at 9am and left 12nn and stated that how will needed to work other job site. and he wouldn't be at our work site a whole day and complain already multiple times to the project manager Justin rowe. We keep reminding them to put a shoes to protect our floors and we paid so much for the floor and the labor . They had a gasps in the baseboard and everything and already paid 5000 and its original charge 7200 but we thought we had hire a professional work done but we had hire somebody else to fix the job and we paid a lot of money thinking this was the trust worthy company but we took advantage and Justin cared about collecting my husband and needed a check to get the month quota and the job was not done and we are disappointed and we spend a lot of money for this project. WE have picture of the work and everything ."

" Hiring Bellagio Granite and Quartz for our remodel was a huge mistake. We needed floors, countertops, and shower tile done by May 18, 2025, for our move-in, but it was a disaster. After hours, we found my husband?s tools missing and beer cans everywhere?one made into a smoking pipe. We told Francisco, the manager, who shrugged it off. Tools were returned, but it set a bad tone. The shower was a mess: they mismeasured the wall, leaving a gap they hid with a flimsy tile strip. We found they used caulk, not thin-set mortar, which is wrong and risky. Their second try cracked a tile by cutting it dry (should be wet) and they asked if we?d use it. No way! By May 18, no shower. I had to babysit their third try?they skipped waterproofing and surface prep. I translated via phone to make them fix it. Done May 21, they demanded $500 extra on top of $12,000. We refused. Work was okay only because I watched them. Despite some good reviews, Bellagio was sloppy and unprofessional. Avoid them."

"CHI has done an excellent job for me and I recommend them without hesitation for any remodeling work. Here's why: My job started out with an entry door replacement, evolved into a pantry expansion, and finally finished with an entire kitchen countertop replacement. I was very pleased with how they worked, the materials they used, and the attention to detail in the workmanship. And they were very responsive, communicated well and frequently, and checked in regularly to make sure the job was getting done right and on time. Each of their craftsmen were highly skilled, knew what they were doing, and didn't cut any corners. And each one was friendly and courteous to boot! I very much appreciated their attention to protecting the rest of the house, and they cleaned up the jobsite every single day at the end of their work day. Remodels are disruptive, no matter what. But this was about the least painful I've experienced. I have worked with a lot of contractors. CHI is a 10 out of 10."

"yes, entire house was completely tiled and done professionally for a very reasonable price. used different patterns in bath, kitchen and bedrooms and a great transitional tile matched too. as a contractor does other work too and helped me out a lot. cleaned and disposed of demolition garbage too. Highly recommend. "
