He was able to start within a few days, and kept me apprised of the progress and changes to the schedule. The work is simply beautiful, and I am very pleased with the quality of workmanship and the look of the final result. Juan was polite, considerate and put in honest days' work each day of the job, breaking the work into sensible stages to prevent interfering with or disturbing tiles that needed to set before it was wise to work in an adjacent area. "Needed to repair subfloor in my only bathroom after a leak. J&S was able to demo, repair and retile in just the one day, leaving the second for grout and reinstallation of the toilet. The tile work is beautiful, the staff was friendly and professional - and everything was done efficiently! Javier is funny and did little extras without being asked - lubricant on an old door hinge and new grout around my sink. The man is truly a gem. "The salesman and the workers were all professional and helpful. I had carpet installed in an empty three bedroom house, and vinyl tiles in two bathrooms, so it went pretty smoothly. Everything looks great! The only problems were the dust in the bathrooms from scraping the linoleum off the concrete slab, and the fact that the workers did not install the luan sub-flooring before the tiles. I was quickly refunded the cost of the missing underlayment. I'll hire them again!"
