"Rick and his crew were absolutely wonderful! We received quotes from several painters; however, none were as thorough in their assessment of our home as Rick. After witnessing him in action we knew we would be in good hands and Rick and his crew certainly lived up to that. On day one we looked out our window and saw Rick and crew arriving precisely on time. When we opened the door Rick shook our hands and then proceeded to introduce his team one by one. "Creig was extremely professional and responsive.  He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate).  Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day.  He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done.  I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!

"Purchased Big Deal for house painting. Did not hear from contractor so emailed and then left message on phone. Received call back about two weeks later and scheduled estimate. Estimator took my fan deck to get a color match, and I advised her we needed this done ASAP.

Another week went by, then another, left message to please provide estimate. no response. Contacted help desk. Advised help desk we wished to cancel this contractor for non response. Another week went by and received phone message from contractor, that they needed to schedule the power wash, still no mention of estimate! This made me uncomfortable as I would then be committed to continue with no idea what it would cost."

Robert ( Rob) owner of Elite cleaning is seasoned professional. He guides his clients and is very fair and transparent. Crew / team of Elite is also interesting, not in rush to wrap things. They enjoy doing their stuff and are considerate of fine things. Overall 5 star and my best wishes to them."
