Best deck maintenance specialists near Walnut Grove, CA

"I hired pure power wash to clean up my place. They took care of my solar on my roof, my driveway, and the concrete on the sides of my house and my backyard. Very professional service!"

"Jerry was very professional, friendly, and reasonably priced.  He seems to understand that cost is often a factor for many homeowners, and was able to provide high quality work for a fraction of the price of what other contractors quoted me.  The surfaces that were repainted matched nicely, even though the original coat was applied 10 years previous.

"They were fast and efficient. Did a great job. I still need to do some organizing, but at least I have a clean environment to work in. Thanks Ivonne!"

"

From start to finish, they did an excellent job.  My husband's comment was:  "I've never seen such a great job".

I told Rick we had a lot of stuff to move before they could start, he told me not to worry about it, they would move everything.  When they were finished, not only did they clean up their mess, they put all the patio furniture back.  The crew that came to our house were extremely nice and hard working.

We have another house that will need paint next year and I will be calling Rick to do the job.  I just can't say enough about this company.

"Excellent Service from planning through Execution and installation to final fine tuning. The folks communicated well and explained every detail of the step. Got permit and inspection done. It was seamless. Thanks. R."

"Creig was extremely professional and responsive.  He got everything done on the list (which grew by a couple of items during his first visit to the home to provide an estimate).  Due to the urgency of getting the home ready for professional photos and listed for sale, Creig agreed to perform the work on a Saturday, even though he already had one job scheduled that day.  He stayed until 10:00 p.m. on Saturday, in order to get the work done.  I will definitely call him again for any home repairs!

"Do make sure you and your contractor understand each other and explain exactly what you need and want.  Most often
old homes will have problems with dry rot, termites, old electrical and a good contractor lets you know you have these problems and will give you an estimate of what it will cost to fix them.  My opinion is if you are going to have a job done you should not mask problems.  We were fortunate not to have had dry rot.  The bones of our house was in very good condition.  However, our electrical panel was going to need replacing.  If you have your home already open to reside or whatever you are doing the extra time and cost is worth it.

Do check for licesne that is current.  No what type of permits will be needed."

"It was good. They kept rescheduling and rescheduling and then the rain came in. They couldn't work and they rescheduled again. I just had to buy my own paint. They were good. I would let them know that they do good at what they do but they will reschedule several times before they get the work done. I would use them but I would have to be patient."

"Nice job. Genuine pricing and quality work. Was bit sceptical initially of using Angi. But once the vendor 'Elite Cleaning' got finalized it was smooth from beginning to end. Robert ( Rob) owner of Elite cleaning is seasoned professional. He guides his clients and is very fair and transparent. Crew / team of Elite is also interesting, not in rush to wrap things. They enjoy doing their stuff and are considerate of fine things. Overall 5 star and my best wishes to them."

"The service was good. He went above and beyond expectations. There was a lot of grease on the driveway that wouldn't come out and he got it done. He is very professional, polite, on time, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will tell everyone that he is the man when it comes to pressure washing. I am getting my money's worth, and it is more affordable that I expected."
