He replaced my patio brick border that was sinking with the wall and leveled it back to my patio with a gap left to the wall to be isolated from its shifting. He was able to find an exact for replacement bricks. He did some additional grouting repair around other bricks at a reasonable additional amount."

"After years of neglect we needed a whole new yard and Fernando and his crew did a wonderful job. First they had to remove everything including some trees, weeds and overgrown plants. Then came new sprinklers, new sod, new block wall around planter, poured concrete for a new patio and made a retaining wall. They planted almost 150 new plants, 2 trees and trimmed our existing tree. All of this only took 10 working days just like Fernando quoted (and some of those days were 12 hours long). "They were very professional in scheduling the appointment, and showing up on time.  However, because we have the future patio still as an enclosed room (we will remove it so that it will become open-air), they couldn't give us a true-cost estimate.  I completely understood that it was because they couldn't be accurate with knowing how it would attach to the house, etc, since we still have the room enclosed.  He was very helpful, explaining what they would need in order to give us a better estimate, so hopefully when we're ready to move forward, we will give them another call.
