"I was looking for help making a decision on the purchase of a gazebo. I am new to this and wanted to know what was the best material, size, and style for my needs. When I went on Angi, Affordable Decks and Patio Covers reached out to me immediately and set up an appointment for that very week. Jen was very helpful and supportive. Her husband Dan came out and gave me advice and suggestions. He even called me later and we looked through websites together to get the best value for my money. Then they came out to do the installation of the gazebo. Sebastian and John were the installers and they were very professional and accommodating. The gazebo went up in no time and they explained things every step of the way. They also cleaned up my backyard better than it was before they got there. The customer service alone puts them at the top of my list for any installation/deck work! They are exceptional in every way. I would highly recommend them to anyone! Not only was their service exceptional, they were all so kind and easy going. Thank you for your wonderful service!"

"Ed called me same day. I texted him pictures and explained why I needed to demo 5’ of concrete and sent pictures of the existing layout. He quickly acknowledged my text and said he would have an estimate by end of day. He delivered as promised. I was able to schedule the work the next day. His worker was on time and friendly. He got to working. At the completion of the job she cleaned up the area nicely. I would recommend C3DO and hope to use their services for other projects."

"I cannot recommend Joe and his crew more. They installed turf in our front yard. Also I wanted to break up the large grassy area so I had them put in a pygmy palm. They added pavers around the palm as well as the outline of the turf and a drip system to water the palm. I gave them a five-star rating but if I could, I would make it a 10! My husband and I searched through dozens of samples of turf and installers before we met Joe. We also looked at dozens of properties with turf installed but we were never happy with their installation because you could usually see seams and the turf looked fake. Then we met Joe. From start to finish he and his crew were awesome! Total professional, communicative, responsive, and diligent. The project started and finished on time. We used to hate looking at our front yard, now we stare at it! You cannot go wrong if you use Joe!"

Although we were surprised when he asked us to pay extra for the dirt and requested it halfway through the job, we discussed it, and he agreed to settle the matter fairly. Mario consistently followed through on what he said he would do. He did a great job—especially considering that my business partner, Sarah, is extremely precise and particular when it comes to details and quality. For potential clients, I recommend clearly outlining the payment terms, who will provide the dirt, the type of concrete (PSI), whether fiber/rebar will be included, and the cleanup expectations. All of this should be clearly spelled out in the contract. Mario handwrites everything, which is fine—his handwriting is actually very neat.
