"Very Very Badly - They cleaned the floors and did a very poor job leaving my floors coming up on the end of the planks - as well as taking the finish off of the floors - I have been dealing with this problem for 3 months I still have no resolution. They have sent several floor restorers out to give estimates but I have offered to pay for part of the restoration but we cannot agree on a price they will pay for the damage. I paid $1,350 for them to clean the hard wood floors and have had nothing but trouble with the Santee office, I guess this person owns more than one franchise, I originally dealt with the Santa Ana office. My floor is ruined and they will not stand behind their guarantee. I guess I am going to have to take them to court."
