Get matched with top asbestos removal specialists in Silverado, CA

"Great price for the competition. Wrecked the ceilings, but since the law requires a separate company for asbestos you get screwed. If the person removing it was also the person repairing it I am sure it would go much better."

If you are planning a renovation, demolition, or repair, you need clear answers fast. Hindsight Environmental provides independent asbestos, lead, and mold testing with fast scheduling, rapid laboratory turnaround, and straightforward reports so you can keep your project moving.\n\nWe specialize in asbestos and lead testing, from individual materials to pre-renovation surveys and lead inspections. Every inspection is performed by an owner, and results and reports are typically delivered within 24–48 hours.\n\nWe test and consult only — we do not perform abatement or remediation. Our findings are independent and focused on giving you accurate answers, not selling you cleanup work.\n\nWhen asbestos, lead, or mold is identified, we clearly explain the results and what they mean so you can make an informed decision and keep your project moving.

"Hamilton's price was competitive. The phone representative sound professional and courteous. However, the technician they sent seem very inexperience. He was performing the work (collecting asbestos samples) via Facetime with another senior technician. Also, he only brought a 2-step ladder trying to climb and pull himself up into the attic; he requested to come back the next day, which I'm not available. I ended up borrowing a 3-step ladder from the occupant for the technician. It was risky seeing him pulling himself up into the attic. On his way down, I have to spot him landing his foot on the ladder since the borrowed ladder was still not tall enough."
