We received 3 bids for our project and we're impressed with David and Kris from the start. "We?ve been in our house for 12 years and eventually planned to remodel the kitchen. As appliances and other things began to fail, we knew it was time to start but couldn?t find a contractor we trusted. "Kn remodeling and supplies did an excellent job, which consisted of remodeling two bathrooms, the kitchen, two bedrooms, living room, dining/bar area, and upgrading the garage ceiling.

This townhouse project included stripping wallpaper (5+ rooms), painting throughout including staircase walls/ceilings and all the doors and closets, baseboards, toilets, bathrooms shower doors + associated plumbing hardware, bathrooms tiling, and cement-board floor replacement of linoleum in the kitchen + bathrooms.

During this process, the crew took great care not to damage pre-existing items in the house, including the hardwood floors and others. They were very attentive, courteous and professional, and importantly responded to our needs for some scheduling accommodations.

Debris removal/collection was conducted daily, allowing us a welcome degree of relatively unobstructed normalcy during and (especially) after work-days, as the multi-week project progressed. Dust-protection of floors, staged items and furniture was well-implemented, with residual particles (floaters) needing post-remodeling attention.
