"Nathan and his crew started almost immediately and finished on schedule. They were responsive and approachable and ready to tackle any problems that arose during the project. Always nerve wracking to deal with contractors but KN remodeling made it easy and performed as expected. The tile work was excellent, the demo was quick, and the cabinets were gorgeous. The entire crew were very professional and courteous."

"We hired Ben and his team to do a full remodel of a 1940 bungalow in Burbank. Immediately upon meeting Ben I knew I wanted to work with him - he clearly has the intelligence, experience, and taste I was looking for, with excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Surprises arise during construction, but Ben was always direct and communicative. When a problem arose, he explained the situation, offered multiple solutions and the costs/tradeoffs of each, and we agreed together on the best course of action. The craftsmanship is wonderful, and even after the house was finished, he remained available for questions. Our house isn't a multimillion dollar compound, but Ben and his team treated it like one within our budget. Our remodel had a lot of ups and downs, but through it all he was a great guy and I'm happy to call him a friend even years after the work is done. Highly recommend!"

"The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. Ouriel is a great contractor, who is all about details and quality work. This is the second time I have worked with him. The first time he helped me remodel my kitchen,it came out beautifully. I recently had him put in new windows in my condo( 10 windows). He worked with me from start to finish. He was very knowledgeable about the windows and helped me with all the questions. Even after the work was finished he called me to make sure I was happy with the job. Universal Home Design is definitely one of the best. sincerely,Daniel M. The windows I can't say enough good things about Universal Home Design. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"I had a great experience with Imperial Remodeling. The owner personally came to give the estimate and oversaw all of the work. He was very accessible by phone and took a lot of pride in making sure that the work was completed to the highest standards of quality. Though my job was a small one (the bathroom is less than 60 square feet), Imperial Remodeling gave me a very competitive price and treated the job respectfully. I was very pleased with their service."
