David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. "This is the third time we've used Mark to clear off a list of home maintenance fix-its. Mark is a truly amazing service provider- professional, honest, efficient, knowledgable, creative when needed, personable, and completes jobs quickly without sacrificing quality- all at a reasonable price.
