"I first met Tony, owner of Nexxus Remodeling, soon after his lead hardwood flooring installer had come to check out my home so they could send me an estimate. My project was to rip out all carpet in my upstairs, and on the stairs from the 1st floor. Even before I had received all bids I’d sought from him and other contractors, Tony found out the floor I’d intended to buy was out of stock. He arranged for me to go to a showroom that has the best inventory and selection I’d seen in my search, and he met me there to personally assist me to find flooring I liked just as well as my first choice. I was soon able to determine that Tony’s bid was very comprehensive and reasonable, but his efforts to help me before even being hired had impressed me just as much. If you want to hire a contractor who will go to extreme lengths to ensure you end up a totally satisfied customer, Tony. "This is the third time we've used Mark to clear off a list of home maintenance fix-its. Mark is a truly amazing service provider- professional, honest, efficient, knowledgable, creative when needed, personable, and completes jobs quickly without sacrificing quality- all at a reasonable price. As usual, he arrived a few minutes early, briefly went over the list of items and immediately started working. I purchased the wrong part to fix the washing machine valve. Mark gave me the option of going back to Home Depot to get the connector or he would make the trip for me. Needless to say, I had Mark pick up the part and he was back in a flash; he was already working on the rest of the list when I returned from an errand. Mark did a complete walk through of all the work to make sure it was completed to our satisfaction. We understood that the French door really needed to be taken apart to find out what the problem was with the locking mechanism and I would pursue it with the original company we purchased the door from. After Mark left, my husband inadvertently did something to the door so that it would not lock. This was no reflection on Mark's work, just an overly curious husband. I immediately contacted Mark to have him come back, fully expecting to reschedule and pay for a separate visit.. I was beyond happy when he came back and fixed the door...and refused to have me pay for the extra work he did! Mark will always be at the top of our "go-to" resources.
