"This is the third time we've used Mark to clear off a list of home maintenance fix-its. Mark is a truly amazing service provider- professional, honest, efficient, knowledgable, creative when needed, personable, and completes jobs quickly without sacrificing quality- all at a reasonable price. As usual, he arrived a few minutes early, briefly went over the list of items and immediately started working. I purchased the wrong part to fix the washing machine valve. Mark gave me the option of going back to Home Depot to get the connector or he would make the trip for me.
