"This company is very willing to correct anything and basically did a good job. My house was built in 1927. They explained, after they started painting and when I realized they weren't doing any sanding preparation, that they couldn't sand because the paint probably contained lead. I accepted this explanation but had they told me prior to starting, I would have sanded the areas myself. Some time after, I found out that there is a simple test for lead.
