David then shot a layer of knockdown texture to the deck and finally applied a resin sealer finish coat over the deck. The deck need 24 hours drying and 3 day wait before placing items on the deck. The whole project went nicely and the new deck looks great and should need a sealing in 5 years."

"The painting done looks gorgeous and on can tell that the painting was professionally done. The final contract that was drawn up for me to sign had great detail and was accurate. The production manager included some extra things as painting the retaining wall in the back yard. The painters spoke courteously to me and my wife. The foreman spoke perfect English. One of the painters helped my wife go down the driveway with her walker down to her car that was parked on the street. The painters showed up on time and didn't make a lot of noise like loud talking or playing the radio loud during their lunch breaks. I was especially pleased with the workmanship. They put two coats of paint plus primer on all surfaces, and I am sure that the paint will look good beyond the five year warranty period. "This is the third time we've used Mark to clear off a list of home maintenance fix-its. Mark is a truly amazing service provider- professional, honest, efficient, knowledgable, creative when needed, personable, and completes jobs quickly without sacrificing quality- all at a reasonable price.
