"Superior plumbing has saved the day for me on countless occasions. I hit a sewer pipe with a lawnmower because it was sticking out of the ground and hidden by overgrown grass. I didn't know what it was, and sewage started coming out a few days later. I had another plumbing company come out and quote me $30k for a sewer lateral. I then had Superior Plumbing come out since they had recently installed a sewer lateral for my parents' house for much less. They said a piece of the pipe fell into the pipe, causing it to clog. They pulled out the piece, then cut the pipe to the ground and put a concrete cap that said "sewer," so I wouldn't hit it with the lawn mower again. It cost $1700 instead of $30k! Last week, the landscapers hit the cast iron sewer pipe coming from the bathroom outside. I immediately called Superior Plumbing, and they came out in 30minutes, as luckily they were close by. They addressed the issue and returned a few days later to replace the pipe with PVS, which proved to be very affordable. I then had them return to strap pipes under the house and install a water pressure regulator, as the water pressure was 95 when it should be 60. "Here's the thing: the quality of the work and materials were top-notch and I paid a very fair price for it, so for that I am happy.  However, the were a number of administrative problems:
1) Hot water and cold water were accidentally backwards in the garage. I would think that they'd test this before saying that it's done, so they had to come back and switch it. Shoulda been obvious.
2) The water heater was left tilted at an angle so they had to come back again to fix that and needed to drain the whole tank.
3) I was often told that I would receive a phone call on a certain day and that often didn't happen, so I had to call them many times. 
4) The patchwork wasn't completed until 13 days after the repipe because of miscommunications in the company as to who was scheduling the inspections and arranging the patchwork.  A couple of times, my contact just forgot about me and admitted this, though apologizing.
