"JPC team did an excellent, professional job on our storm water sump pumps related project. (Two sump pumps were working; they did not need repairs.) 1) Cut and replaced two broken pipes; installed new valves 2) New float sensors installed and set to auto-start the sump pumps 3) long outflow pine, connecting to city's water drainage system, was cleaned using long snake and high pressure water pump combination. 4) successful final test with water filled in water chamber and sump pumps working 5) JPC gave warranty for work done and signed up for once-a-year annual maintenance visit in October."

She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "My wife and I bought a house a couple years ago, and became owners of a radiant heating systems installed more than 20 years ago. Tony and Damian did a great job of understanding how my radiant heating system works, what repairs were needed/what was failing, and where upgrades were needed. They replaced the pump, both expansion tanks, and the neutralizer. Additionally, they noticed the hot water tank was installed incorrectly, and the hot and cold water connections were flipped. It's amazing the system worked, and it's nice to have a system that's correctly installed (even if it's 20 years later!). Additionally, they secured the expansion tanks to the wall (now required by code), replaced the deteriorating copper pipes connected to the neutralizer with plastic (I'm sure this is code now as well), and re-routed the overflow pipes to the outside (rather than the floor!). You can't go wrong with these guys, well done, they're true craftsmen to the trade."

Being on a hillside, our landscape area is small but a bit challenging and required replacement of an old system that was pretty much defunct.
