"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "This was basically a demolition project. I had to have a 75 year old concrete circular retaining wall buried in the center of my asphalt driveway that had to be removed so that we could plant an oak tree. The wall was approximately 25 feet in circumference, 4 feet high and the concrete at least 3 inches thick. The bottom foot and half of the wall was covered with earth that had to be dug out by hand. Jose accomplished this extremely difficult job in a day and a half working right along side his helpers. He was able break up and haul away the concrete and did a great job cleaning up the site. He is courteous, professional and his rates are extremely fair. I would definitely recommend him for any job."
