"Elsy ( I believe she was the plumber from your company via Angi) arrived as scheduled, on Saturday, 09/28/2024. She attempted to repair my garbage disposal unit but was unable to do so as the unit's wiring was worn out. I advised the unit is 40 yrs old. She recommended to purchase a new one. We made a trip together to the local Home Depot store and I purchased the same brand s she recommended. She installed it in record time (within the 2.5 hrs) and completed the job. She also cleaned the work space and carried the old one to my recycling bin. Very satisfied with her work. Also, I want to know if I will receive a billing statement for my records? "Very quick reply within minutes after I submitted the request for an estimate late Friday evening. They came out the next morning and gave an estimate. We agreed to the price and work started within 30 minutes. They went for parts in that 30 minutes. This house was built in 1965 and both bathroom sinks,water supply lines, supply shut offs,drain pipes and faucets were rusty and had to be totally replaced. The work was completed over late afternoon Saturday and Sunday mid morning at no extra charge. We are very happy with the high quality of work, very friendly ,professional crew and very reasonable price."

"The day the service was scheduled did not go well. We were scheduled between 8 and 12, but they called in the morning to move it back to 10 to 2. I called them after 2 because we had not heard anything. The technician finally came around 3:45. I think it is very poor customer service to expect someone to wait all day for a service call. Once the technician arrived the service was done very professionally. He did find that they should have enlarged our vent with the install two years ago, and they will have to come back and do that. It makes me think they did not have proper attention to detail during the install. There also was an up-sale so that a $79 service call ended up costing us over $450."

Plumbing is not cheap, but they were very reasonable in comparison to the many we called. They were so kind, came out in 20 minutes and got the job done. "Very prompt in responding to my initial inquiry (Sunday no less) and salesman was terrific. Installation took 2 full days by a team that seemed professional and knowledgeable. I was shocked however by the fact that 2 men on the installation team smoked all day long. My property is rural with no fire hydrants - the prospect of fire is terrifying to me. At the end of the 2 days the system was installed but it took an additional technician coming out after the crew had left to get the system functional."
