"Jose and his crew did an excellent job and always conducted themselves like gentlemen. Jose was very patient and helpful in making the color choices for the paint and stain. I have container plants around the house. They took pictures of how they were arranged. They moved them away from the house before starting and put them back where they originally were when they were finished. They tidied up at the end of each day. They thoroughly cleaned up when the job was completed, leaving nothing behind. Jose and his crew were a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with their work."

"I got three bids and James's was the middle price. He arrived quickly to give me a quote, scheduled immediately a few days later when I made up my mind. His crew arrived very punctually (too early for my neighbors, but that's another story). I was amazed at how quickly they did the prep and painting - quoted me four days, painting only took two days (power wash was day before), with some touchups/finishes on day 3. And they did a great job! I had a couple quirky things that they easily folded into the job. The crew were all professional and courteous. There was small amount of painting on the ground at the base of the house (as I expected), but none on the patios/deck. They bent one screen in the process and when I pointed it out, they immediately got it replaced! They were fairly careful with the plants around the house as well. Also, I texted James a few times with various questions or requests, and he was very responsive and helpful. I really liked working with them and would not hesitate to recommend them in the future."

"We hired Parks Roofing & Painting for an exterior house painting project which included painting fences in the front and back yard. My initial point of contact was George Parks who took the time to explain the painting process in sufficient detail to help satisfy my concerns. In our case one of my primary concerns was our UGLY damaged stucco areas. I crossed my fingers that perhaps someone could at least patch them up and disguise them. The stucco preparation in combination with painting was done so well you can't even tell where the previous problems were. In general their preparation work (sanding, patching etc.) contributes greatly to a positive outcome for the project. For example, the boundary color change lines between the eves and stucco are consistent and precisely defined. Our house so dramatically improved it is almost unbelievable.
