In our case one of my primary concerns was our UGLY damaged stucco areas. I crossed my fingers that perhaps someone could at least patch them up and disguise them. The stucco preparation in combination with painting was done so well you can't even tell where the previous problems were. In general their preparation work (sanding, patching etc.) contributes greatly to a positive outcome for the project. For example, the boundary color change lines between the eves and stucco are consistent and precisely defined. Our house so dramatically improved it is almost unbelievable.
