He removed this and over one week laid down multiple layers of the waterproofing materials. He did such a good job, we invited him back months later to put epoxy coating on our garage floor. Both times, he was extremely professional, on time, and clean. The deck and garage look awesome. During the rainy season, we did not have any problems with the deck and it is draining appropriately. Price was very fair ($4300 for the deck, lowest offer we got. $2150 for a three car garage epoxy floor, also very competitive). Would not hesitate to use their services again."

Workers showed up on time and worked hard all day. The price was very reasonable. My only complaint was trash being left around during the job when there were trash cans available. "While they were up there cleaning the gutters they told me about the deterioration of all the sealants on the air vents, the chimney and exhaust fans on the roof. They took pictures and showed me and I had them redo all the sealants. I have a feeling that that was a smart way for them to get some more work (most people aren't aware of the damage the Ca sun can do). It was the owner of the company and his son that did all the work and they were clean, pleasant and professional. When the 1st rains came after the work was done I suddenly remembered a small leak we had had in our bathroom and IT WAS NO LONGER THERE!!
