"I had an issue (yesterday) with a window installed by BHN in 2016. The problem was with the sash caused by owner oops. I spoke with Chad and after texting him a photo of the sash problem he walked me through the fix over the phone. Otherwise he was willing to personally come to my home and fix the problem after hours. Doesn't get much better than that."

"We interviewed 3 companies before Brothers. All of whom were less than satisfactory. They did not ask us questions, did not bring samples, gave complicated answers to our questions and did not confirm that we understood. There were at least 2 or more qualities that put us off. The first unique quality about Brothers is that the salesperson took off his shoes. I know it is trivial but is was at least symbolic. While he was relatively inexperienced, it reassured us that he was able to call someone at the company for answers. It was also reassuring that almost all of the managers/owners are related. We figured that is a family can be that unified to grow a business, they must be doing something right. Oh, he brought samples. Their installation team was personable and diligent. The even had 50's/60's music playing. Tarps went down for every window they worked, they vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned up outside when done. We could not afford to replace the sliding glass doors but we will be using the Brothers team when we are ready to do so. We would recommend them highly as a quality company."

I was told materials would be ordered within 3 days (it was 1-1/2 weeks), I was told work could begin with 2 weeks (it was 3 weeks) and I was told work would take 3 days (it was 5 days). This made it difficult to schedule other renovation contractors. (2) [Person in office] did not want me to call her on the phone and told me to communicate via email only, which slowed communication. (3) There are 2 areas with minor rippling in the laminate. It's not too noticeable, but prevents me from recommending them to a friend because it is sub-par work. (4) Worker left paint splatters all over my refrigerator, sliding glass doors, bathroom sink, and bathroom floor. Other that all of the above, my experience was good/average. Kind of a high price for the quality of work. Not good enough to recommend to a friend, but acceptable."

"We recently had Mega Power Electric Inc install a solar system and panels. The President and provided excellent communication all the way through the process. He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. Although not the least expensive bid, his was competitive and I felt he was as interested in educating me about solar and the various types of panels and inverter systems as he was in selling a system. He demonstrated how the array of panels would meet our energy needs and as opposed to some of the other companies, wasn't selling us more than we needed. Very professional and courteous. They were able to and quot;recycleand quot; some of the wood, saving some lumber costs. They were both on the job every day for three days, taking care to cover the kitchen/great room floor, since they had to go through the house to get to the deck when bringing in the lumber. They noticed a need for some additional support bracing while working, and were able to handle that as well. They cleaned up every day and after the job was done. They even left a broom behind, though I don't think they meant to. (You can come and get it anytime, guys!)
