Lori Phariss Residential Designer

Lori, owner of Studio Phariss, is deceitful, manipulative and dishonest. She posted 3D renderings of my property online, falsely claiming them as completed work. Those work that WAS NEVER DONE! On April 19, 2024, I signed a contract with Lori for the redesign/remodel of my 6,600 sq. ft. home. I paid a $16,500 deposit+$8250 design fee +$8,250 expediting fee and promised September 1, 2024, completion. She took $33,000 and $36,201.21 for materials?but never ordered $7,051.93 materials and is still withholding those funds. Lori provided only a preliminary master suite design, long past the deadline. The rest of the house has NO design plans or construction, and none of the contracted work has been done. She hold my project hostage , inflating costs and blocking clients from vendors. She inflated freight charges by $1,070 despite free shipping. Lori also hired an unqualified hairstylist as a ?lead designer? and introduced Jack a contractor her choice who demanded kickbacks. STAY AWAY!!

Solid, smart designer. Reasonable price

Lori does meticulous work. We wanted an addition to our split-level ranch for a great room, but we had no idea where to begin. Lori had such great ideas, and in fact made the process easy. We love our new space!

Beyond impressed! I wanted a completely new look that was modern and stylish, and I canâ t express enough how happy I am with how it turned out. Lori was so easy to work with and really took the time to understand what I wanted. Would 10/10 recommend and will definitely be hiring her again for a future project I have lined up.
