"Brothers used 3 local related employees who did all the work. I had some initial problems with scratches and imperfections in the new windows but Brothers replaced or gave me a new window in another location of the house for free. I had opted not to replace our master bathroom window initially because of a bathroom re model but I also had them replace this window which took 3-4 tries to satisfy me. The window was scratched or would not move freely in the vinyl track and this window was inferior to other Brothers windows because Brothers had sold their window making business to another company which could not supply the correct window to Brothers.
My wife and I are very happy with our Brothers windows which keep out the outside noise and keep us warmer in the winters s cooler in the summer .
I highly recommend a Brothers made window but I have questions about the company? That bought and is now making their windows.

"They did a wonderful job for me. The owner is Todd Smith. He brought over a guy named Brian. I left a message on his machine and he called me back the same day, which was very reassuring. We made arrangements for Monday. They showed up bright and early. They were very cordial and got right to work. Brian worked like a banshee. They also put a filter in the kitchen instead of underneath the house. It was such a pleasure to work with this gentleman. His expertise was just fantastic. I thought I was going to have to replace the whole system and he got me down to a very compact system, which I was pleased with. Brian was a big guy and he was a working machine. He knew all his stuff. Todd didn't even bother giving me a bill for a couple of days. It was very professional and he put my mind at ease. I can't say enough about the gentleman because I thought the whole thing could have gone really bad. He didn't overcharge me and they did excellent work. I couldn't say more about them.
