Brothers kept me informed about everything. The guys showed up on time, started work immediately. Both of them were very polite as well as informative. It took about 3 hours. The job was left clean, couldn’t tell they had been there except for the beautiful windows. I will recommend them to my friends. I would also hire them Nv again if I need to.

We interviewed 3 companies before Brothers. All of whom were less than satisfactory. They did not ask us questions, did not bring samples, gave complicated answers to our questions and did not confirm that we understood. There were at least 2 or more qualities that put us off. The first unique quality about Brothers is that the salesperson took off his shoes. I know it is trivial but is was at least symbolic. While he was relatively inexperienced, it reassured us that he was able to call someone at the company for answers. It was also reassuring that almost all of the managers/owners are related. We figured that is a family can be that unified to grow a business, they must be doing something right. Oh, he brought samples. Their installation team was personable and diligent. The even had 50's/60's music playing. Tarps went down for every window they worked, they vacuumed and thoroughly cleaned up outside when done. We could not afford to replace the sliding glass doors but we will be using the Brothers team when we are ready to do so. We would recommend them highly as a quality company.

So far, so good, haven't installed windows yet. Good price on 11 windows.

Overall an excellent experience. I scheduled the estimate and the estimator was very punctual, professional, and knowledgeable. The window installers were very efficient, professional, and friendly. They had all the windows replaced in about 2 days and I am extremely pleased with the results. Brothers Home Improvement has a great attention to detail and the windows look amazing!

Took awhile to make the windows, but am very satisfied with the windows and installation.

The salesman was very professional and knowledgable about the product. We initially purchased 3 windows.
The installer came to measure for the windows and we were told it would be 3-4 weeks before they arrived. The first installation date was cancelled on the day of the intallation due to an illness in the family. A new date was scheduled. The installed showed up late. The windows were installed, and a scratch was found on one of the windows. they re-ordered the window. This took another 3-4 weeks.
When the damaged window was replaced, we made a new order for our last 3 windows. These were ordered in May and not installed until July. During this intallation it was discovered that two of these windows had scratches. And also the installer was finishing up some cosmetic issues with our front picture window and that window was broken during that process. The back windows and the front window where reordered at that time. (July)
Twice the intallers found that the new front window was damaged and had to be reordered. We had to initiate calls to Brothers to get the status of our damaged window replacements as they were not getting back to us. 
All windows finally intalled in Sept. Then we had to call back a couple times for screw covers that were on order. Everything completed  late Sept.
The compled windows are all beautiful, and the intallation is perfect.

We called Brothers Improvement because of the high ratings on Angies List.  We've had other window companies install windows in our home in the past and we didn't have good service experiences with any of them.  It was refreshing to work with John to determine our window needs and wants.  The product arrived on time as promised. The Anlin window is a fine product just as John said it would be.  We are surprised at how much quieter our house is now. 

Ha'a and his team were punctual and got right down to business, completing the installation in just a few hours.  They were professional and polite and took care to clean up behind them.

Brothers used 3 local related employees who did all the work. I had some initial problems with scratches and imperfections in the new windows but Brothers replaced or gave me a new window in another location of the house for free. I had opted not to replace our master bathroom window initially because of a bathroom re model but I also had them replace this window which took 3-4 tries to satisfy me. The window was scratched or would not move freely in the vinyl track and this window was inferior to other Brothers windows because Brothers had sold their window making business to another company which could not supply the correct window to Brothers.
My wife and I are very happy with our Brothers windows which keep out the outside noise and keep us warmer in the winters s cooler in the summer .
I highly recommend a Brothers made window but I have questions about the company? That bought and is now making their windows.

They were fantastic! They were nice people to deal with. They stand behind their product. Their price was very comparable. They actually made an adjustment to be right in line. The quality of the work was really good. I had a couple of problems after effect, and they were really good at coming out and fixing them.

They were in and out in less than an hour.  Phenomenal!  Their warranty is fantastic as well.  Even when the weather was bad and not optimal for the installation, they stayed in contact with us.  We’ll be using them again soon, hopefully!

Prompt, professional sales person visited our home, listened to what our needs were and made recommendations on best products.  We were given an accurate quote for services during the same visit and ordered windows for a few rooms to evaluate the quality, etc.  Windows were complete within a week of the estimate.  Installers were not "contract labor", but part of the same company and seemed to take pride in the product.  Installation was on-schedule and installers showed up on time.  After our window installation was complete, we showed the installer the extremely poor workmanship / installation of another set of windows in other room ordered at higher cost for inferior product from another local company.  The installer was upset at the shoddy work and took it upon himself to rip out and repair some of the poor molding that was leaking after only a few months.  All in all our experience was very good with Brothers and we are about to order more windows.

The salesman messed up the order, and they didn't find out until the day before the installation. So I ended up waiting an extra month for my installation to take place. He also didn't give me the option of color/material for my latches and handles, so I got stuck with plain white. The windows seem pretty well made, and the installation team was professional and fast. All were friendly, even if not well trained yet.

When their rep, Eric first came out to give us an estimate, he was on time and very professional.We were pleasantly surprised to have him give us a quote before he left that evening.After talking to a competitor, we had questions for Eric. Eric came out a second time on short notice to address our concerns and also brought the team that would be doing the installation.They told us it would take about six weeks to customize the windows and would let us know when they were ready to install.They kept their word, gave us an installation date and showed up on time.The installation went smoothly and looked professional. We are hoping that will translate into energy savings. On the sliding glass door they needed some extra material (a molding) that they had not planned for. They told us they would be back in two weeks and that there would be no additional charge for the material.True to their word, they made an appointment for Sat morning. We were very pleased from start to finish. They were very neat about cleaning up after themselves.

They have good attention to detail. They have very affordable price for quality products and services.

We are awaiting the services but are expecting the work to be completed in 2 weeks. The man who gave the extimate was very friendly and warm.
