Devil Mountain Landscape (DML) started in Danville, CA in the late 80’s working with a local Nursery Company, Developers (Commercial) and Single Family Homeowners (Residential). The Company officially went independent in 1993 and continued through present day. Commercially we contracted for entire sub-divisions to install all the front yards to individual homes along with the access points and entrances to include large-scale Country Clubs (e.g. Blackhawk C.C.) as well. In 2003, we established State-wide Contracts with Insurance Carriers to Repair & Install Fences (Wood, Iron & Vinyl). In 2010, we began to expand our offering into Block Walls (Masonry & Retaining). In 2017, we became a Preferred Vendor for Construction Loans with U.S. Bank and built several homes in the South Bay (Los Gatos to Gilroy) from $1.5M to 3.0M. In 2019, we migrated to the Sacramento area focusing on Detached Garages and Granny Homes under 1,200 Sq. Ft. They are coming back on Monday to apply the sealer (had to wait for paint to dry). They even did a trash run on items we needed to get rid of. Wouldn’t hesitate to hire Vandermark and Son Painting. They are the best."
