Excellent job and got to it within a day

We had hired another company who never finished the job. This company worked until they were done .

Good to work with; pleasant, showed up on time, , completed all parts of the project areed upon.

I should have specified that I wanted 2 coats of paint put on. They had to go back and do touch-ups to cover thin areas. There was no leftover paint for me to use for touch-ups later. I emailed 4x asking for paint numbers and never got a reply. Clean-up around baseboards could have been better. My numbers on my paint sample cans were different, they did not leave the can because it was totally empty. They also painted my window sills which I did not want to be done. I should have gotten a detailed work order but I did not get anything in writing.

Had the fence stained/varnish. I figured it would take at least 2 days because our yard is very big. Saul arrived early in the morning and was completely done by the afternoon. My fence looks GREAT and makes me happy to see the red stain color out my kitchen window.

They were excellent. Fast response and the work was done fast and very well. I highly recommend them

When the owner showed up about a half-hour late to give me an estimate, I should have known that **on time** was not a priority. The work was scheduled for a Friday at 8:30 am. By around 9:15 am. I called Medrano and they said they could not make it until 3:30 pm. After calling them a couple more times, the painter arrived around 5 pm. The painter went right to work and painted quickly and accurately without using tape. I am glad I washed the walls ahead of time because I believe they would have just painted over the kitchen grease. The next day I did a little touch-up and had to clean off some light roller spray on the counters. So if you use Medrano, be prepared for them to choose their time of arrival. You will also probably need to do some paint touch-up and clean-up.

Medrano and his crew got the work done efficeintly and quickly. The work was completed in less time than I expected and was done right. I highly recommend them.

Medrano Painting was by far the most reasonable quote I received for the big job of updating our new 1970s townhouse with acoustic ceiling removal, paint, new floor installation and vanity sink installation. WOW, have they surpassed my expectations! Rubel and his crew are hard workers, efficient, and meticulous to detail. On a personal note, they are also very friendly, helpful and respectful of my home. I especially appreciated the constant and clear communication with Rubel about scheduling and cost, even as more jobs and details were added on in the course of the work. He remained positive and flexible and set my mind at ease. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

Juan Medrano, the owner of Medrano Tree Service. Stopped by my house. Have me a bid to remove the dead tree. He had his crew at my house within an hour of talking to me. His crew removed the tree, cleaned up the mess and had the job completed In less than 30 minutes

This company sent their workers over my house after they had worked an 8 hour day. I asked the workers if they wanted to come back because they looked tired. They said their boss sent them and they needed to do the job. Well after they were done I was stunned on the mess they had made on my new floors. There was paint on my new tile, and wood floors. There was paint even on my door in the bathroom. He overcharged me for the painting they did. They completed 3 rooms in 2 hours and he charged me 700 dollars. I would never use this company again. The owner used poor judgement in having his employees work after working 8 hours that day. I would never use or recommend this company again. I
