We requested an Estimate on the jod and received a very professional estimate the next morning..  His estimate clearly outlined all the services that he intended to perform and was the lowest bidder of the 3 estimates we received.  the exterior paint estimate included drastically more services then the other bidders, so we decided to use them.  They arrived on time and started by power washing the house and shed. the paint job was completed in 3 days. The painting was excellent an the crew were extremely polite and cooperative during the job.  I would highly them recommend for any painting job and will use them for any future painting job.

I requested an estimate in March good for 6 months. Service done in July, no change to price. Kate Manager came and did the estimate. When I was to paint, she got the job started within 1 week of my call. She was very responsive to all of my questions and any concerns that I had. The workers very very professional & worked with no supervision, but were very approachable & helped me understand the process & also answered any questions. Kate kept track of the work being done, did an inspection with me at end & had the guys do some small touch ups, which were completed quickly. All was cleaned up at the end of the job. I would & have recommended them to others. Thanks to all at Home Perfect!!!

Kate is very professional to work with and easy to talk to. She actually listens to what you want and explains the job before offering the estimate. I got the estimate in just a day which helps if you are on a schedule with your job. The price was good so I had her put me on the schedule which was about 7 days out. The two men came out to power wash the patio structure. They parked on the street so we would have driveway acess without being told. We moved our cars to make room but they still parked on street and that was fine. In many cases, owners need access and so it is good they do this. When they were done spraying it down they started packing up and almost ready to leave. I decided to take a look and I am glad that I did. My home was painted (another company) 8 months ago in a bright color and so I am trying to keep it nice and very clean. When they sprayed down the arbor toward the home all the dirt and debris got on the house. If they would have left it and I was not there to check it would have dried that way. I asked them if it could be hosed down and I think they thought I would do it after they left so I asked them to do it and they got the idea. They washed everything down properly. This is the ONLY thing that I could think of that Kate should tell the crew and it was something I forgot to mention to her. I think most patio structures are painted when the main home is painted and then this is not an issue.
After the weekend the two man crew (different crew) came to paint in the heat. I was amazed at how fast they were as it only took them two days about 6 hrs each day. And the wood needed two coats. They mostly rolled the wood and used a brush in some tight spots. One area the guy sat on top and painted each slat, the other side he did only the top and then used a roller on a pole for the side of each slat. I was watching to see the professional way to do this as I had considered painting it myself. I am glad I hired HOME PERFECT to do the job as it would have taken me two weeks in the heat. The workers never complained and took only one break each day. And they were nice even when they ran out of stain. The estimate was 4 gallons and they ended up using 11 gallons because the wood soaked up so much product. We ran to get them more.
We are pleased with the job and so happy to have a company who actually does what they say they will do. We used two other companies from Craigslist (high rated) that did not do the best job. One woman team did a horrible job on the inside just mainly spraying one coat of paint so thin it was awful.....unfortunately I did not have my glasses on when I checked it and it was a dark over-cast day. The second did ok but he was high in price and objected to my colors. So now, I hope to use Home Perfect for my painting jobs in the future.

I was amazed at how quickly it went...they arrived at 8:30 and when I got back home at 3:15, it was done, they had cleaned up and were already gone.

I am a Realtor and my clients need to have several rooms painted.  I called Katy with Home Perfect and she came the next day to give a bid for the job.  Her bid was very competitive and they were able to get the work done by the following week.  Their painters showed up on time and worked steadily to get the job done on time.  They were very professional, easy to deal with and excellent painters.  Everything was covered and they cleaned up afterwards.  Great job, would definitely recommend them and would use them again.  Great experience.

The color of this bedroom has bothered me for 2 yrs. I picked the color, and I was tired when I did it.
But I had a gentleman be on time, just went about doing what he had to do, and it looks beautiful.

From the initial meeting to get the bid to the final product, everything went very well.  The owner, Kate, is very knowledgeable and professional.  The bid was very reasonable (also included was the Angie's List coupon!) and Kate worked with us on the scheduling since we had to wait for HOA approval before beginning.  
The workers arrived on time and were professional and polite.  They did a great job, even with the challenge of an 18-pitch roof (I think that's what it is).  They straightened up at the end of each day.  Kate showed up almost every day to check on the progress.
My husband and I are very happy with the final product and would not hesitate to recommend Home Perfect to anyone needing a great paint job.

They did a fantastic job. Took a whole day of prep removing all the old caulk and loose paint. They really got all the old paint and caulk off and then caulked all the seams and window trim. Tuesday the painted the house and they came back Wed and gave it a second coat and painted the trim 3 times in some areas. I am really pleased with their work. The house looks like new again. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a new outside paint job

Work was done professionally, on time, and on budget with very little problems.  During our final walk through I found a few blemishes, however, they were corrected before the job was complete.  The job took them about a week, which seemed long, as other vendors quoted a day to complete the job.  
All being said, I am happy with the paint and would use them again.

Home Perfect did an outstanding job. They were on time, very professional and were meticulous in their work. Materials were included in the bid and it was up to 1/2 the cost of other bids I received.|I have actually just contacted them again this past week for another project this time on the inside of my house.

This company was excellent.  They were supposed to complete the project on Oct 2nd but due to weather, it was rescheduled for two days later.  They did everything that they said they were going to do including a perfect clean up job.  The painters ran out of primer so a real nice lady from the office came out a delivered it so they could finish on time.  The only negative thing that happened that day was getting locked out of our house by accident.  The company wanted payment same day but understood our little problem and let us pay on invoice.  We have some indoor painting projects to complete and would definitely use their services again.  GREAT JOB!!!

They did a good job, took a lot of breaks, came late, left early (not sure if they also had another job).  Took twice as long to get done as was told.  All that said the house looks great and am pleased with their abilities.

The painters were very helpful with helping me choose an exterior paint color as I had an issue with the paint color that I originally picked.  The color turned out great!  I was also impressed by the way they moved the river rocks away from the house before they painted & even covered up a neighbor's car with plastic that wasn't able to be moved!  Andres was also kind enough to repaint my front door as I didn't like the original color, he did a great job.  







The guys are very hard workers & I would recommend Home Perfect for anyone who needs a painting job done.  I am very pleased with the overall results.  Thank you!
