Needed a replacement heater thermostat. Within an hour of my call, technician, Brayten Hess arrived at my home with a reasonably priced unit. I had two separate experiences with Airtime Air Heating and Air Conditioning, and both were outstanding. The first instance involved my grandmotherâ s A/C, which was blowing hot air. An initial company disconnected her system, ran a pressure test, and declared it necessary to replace the entire unit, even though it wasn't very old. Thankfully, my mom sought a second opinion from Airtime. She called Luciano and his team arrived promptly, reconnected the system, and discovered a minor issueâ a pinhole leakâ that did not warrant a new system. Their honesty was a relief, especially since my grandmother is on a fixed income and recovering from a stroke. I recently needed repairs on my own aging system and called Airtime again. They were equally efficient and transparent, diagnosing the issue quickly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. Itâ s shameful how some of our local companies are willing to taken advantage of seniors and others when they are vulnerable and desperate. Donâ t get ripped off, CALL AIRTIME.
