"Crew showed up on time. Job was completed in an hour. Afterwards my entire home was covered in a layer of sheetrock dust. One crew member wiped the dining table and kitchen countertop. His knowledge was vast, and, if the pictures weren't enough, he was upfront and honest that we should replace the entire system before more damage was done. Also, compared to other HVAC specialists' quotes that we received none were better than MSP's. It felt great knowing that we got a great deal. Within a few days, a mighty team of two, Nate and Jose began replacing our ancient AC with a more powerful one that would cool our 2-story house from top to bottom. The guys were courteous, professional, and extremely hard working. Besides the excellent job of cleaning up, they also installed a new thermostat and took the time to show my wife and I how to use it. "They were actually a second opinion for my non-working air conditioner but I went with them because they were very thorough and cheaper then the first company that looked at it. They replaced the same part as the first company quoted but were about $400 cheaper. They also managed to get the part in 2 business days where the other company said over a week. I didn't sacrifice cost for service though, they did a great job and now my AC works better than ever. I would definitely use them again. Another added bonus was that the repairman was a Air Force reservist and I am happy to support our troops and happy to support a company that also supports our troops.
