"They contacted me on a Friday, then came the next day to replace a main valve, and to unclog a drain. The technician had a previous job working on old trailer home pvc. That job is always tough. That made them unexpectedly late to do mine. However, as long as they kept in touch with me, and they did, to let me know that they were still coming for my projects, I was ok with it. They came, and got to work immediately. Both the tech, and his assistant split the work tackling the two issues. Water had to drain out to solder, and a toilet had to be taken out to snake.
