"They contacted me on a Friday, then came the next day to replace a main valve, and to unclog a drain. The technician had a previous job working on old trailer home pvc. That job is always tough. That made them unexpectedly late to do mine. However, as long as they kept in touch with me, and they did, to let me know that they were still coming for my projects, I was ok with it. They came, and got to work immediately. Both the tech, and his assistant split the work tackling the two issues. Water had to drain out to solder, and a toilet had to be taken out to snake. As it continued, I was confident they knew their stuff, and it was done in both areas nearly at the same time, to my satisfaction. I rated them a five for their acheivements, and efforts to please an old handyman, who hired them. Thank you Guardian Plumbing!"

"There was leak in my laundry wall..that seems to come and go. I can not figure out where it is coming from. . I called several plumbers to get their opinion and quote. Several plumbers came and gave their opinion and quote. All of them stated that they need to use leak detection methods because they don't know where the leak is, it will be an extra charge once I agree to hire them. All the plumber gave me a quote based on what I told them. they but did not really do anything before hand . Luckilly Andrew from Service Flow came and I told him the issue and he took his time to diagnose where the leak could be coming from, he even performed an initial moisture detection in thevwhole house and other techniques to find out where the leak is..he really took his time to diagnose the issue and found the issue without an initial charge. He gave me a very good quote. I hired Service Flow because of the care and concern that Andrew showed, great customer service and very affordable."

Landscapers typically charge $25 to $50 per person per hour, which equals around $50 to $100 per hour for a two-person crew. These rates can vary depending on your location, the size of staff needed for the job, and overall job type. For example, a larger crew will be needed for structural additions and hardscaping versus planting flowers.
When it comes to landscapers, licensing laws vary. Landscaping architects are required to be licensed in all 50 states, whereas traditional landscaping contractors are not typically required to hold a certification. You’ll likely be working with a landscaping contractor for most residential projects. If you are redesigning your whole yard or adding in hardscape features, you will work with a landscaping architect at some point during the project. Be sure to check our state licensing tool to review the local landscaper guidelines.

The cost to install a drain pipe is $600 on average, but the total can range between $150 and $2,000. Some cost factors that influence your project price include the type of drain, the area’s accessibility, the proximity of existing drain lines, and whether you’re installing a new drain or replacing an old one. Replacing the p-trap or s-trap under a single fixture will usually cost around $150, while replacing a main drain pipe can cost well over $2,000.
Yes, most states require plumbers to be licensed, and for good reason. Hiring an unlicensed plumber could lead to poor quality work, costly future expenses, and potential code violations.

We highly recommend leaving the work of replacing drain pipes to a professional plumber. Drain pipes are a key part of your plumbing system, and making mistakes during the installation or even using the wrong size pipes for your specific fixture can lead to an elevated risk of leaks and clogs. Additionally, drain pipes prevent harmful sewer gas from entering your home, so hiring a professional plumber is essential to keeping the risk of leaks and clogs low and avoid reducing your indoor air quality.
