They explained everything to me prior to starting the work and continued to tell me what they were doing to resolve my plumbing problems step by step. It is very apparent that this company, Zoom Plumbing, have high ethical standards and solely want to please their customers, and that is rare these days. They did not up charge me for anything that was not necessary, and I totally appreciate their honesty.
