David sold this water heater replacement job to me with his knowledge, professionalism, kindness, and accuracy of what to expect. Jose is a fantastic installer. After he finished, he took the time to explain to me what I needed to know to operate the water heater. I did get cheaper bids but for the money I spent this group was the right call for me. They went above the call of duty to make sure everything was handled correctly. This includes the verification phone call. Thank you young lady.

I was overcharged for something they considered a pre-existing damage but they had just replaced my water heater a year and a few months ago and itâ s not under warranty. The connectors that they attached to the water heater were incorrect and they came apart and they charged me $800 to replace them with correct ones. They had to cut the ceiling to get the main oval fixture , upon completion of the job, they left the cut out soace wide open above didnâ t even put plastic over the cover to ensure that nothing would come through the crawlspace, and when I asked for an itemized list of why it added up to $800, i know this was a blatant up charge. I never received it and then when I came home to look at the completed work, it looks like the parts do not fit properly and the previous parts were not rusted as they stated. They are con artist before who talk nice but do dirty deeds. I feel like they overcharged and took advantage of me for many reasons, Iâ m a senior citizen, disabled veteran, single woman home owner, a person of color and and an individual who live in areas in which they think they have money I will never use this place again. I will never call them again. I donâ t wanna have anything to do with them and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau. It was a horrible experience, and they manipulated me as a woman Telling me that because the connections to the water heater came apart that my family would have carbon monoxide poisoning, and I acted as soon as possible I was unable to get additional estimates like I normally do because time was of the essence according to them and I still donâ t understand why they charged me $800 to cut open the ceiling space to get to the fixtures because the previous individual who came out and replaced the entire water heater didnâ t do a preventative, maintenance check and services to see which parts did match for my particular Water Heater which was oval and they put round and it came apart and they blamed it on me and charged me $800 Ridiculous. Iâ ve been having anxiety ever since they repaired it and left that open space without even putting anything to cover the cut out space and the shiest work that they did and non clean up is unacceptable and unprofessional

It's hard to really vote this through stars. I was given a 3 hour window for the technician's arrival. The time elapsed with no call or show. I called back, and twice was given another hour delay each with no call or show. Finally I called back and was insistent that I be given an exact time. The technician showed up and without even trying to clear my drain attempted to upsell for additional work. He left citing that he couldn't attempt to clear the drain for concern over damaging my pipes. I agreed to sign a waiver if they would simply snake the drain. Any damage done by the snake, I would assume. Note: a different company cleared the exact same drain a year prior. If for nothing else, other than deplorable customer service, I would not ever consider using the company again. Even in parting he said that he didn't get the call for service until an hour and a half past when the schedulers said he had been dispatched. So, place dishonesty on top of it all. I am extremely disappointed.

Dominc was the technician and he was an excellent technician and I really want to thanking him. I am a disabled veteran after 22 years and I am so thankful that there are people like him in the world. Please let me know how greatful I am for your help!
