The Ventwerx was great to work with. They were punctual, very communicative, and thoughtful during our project. The team is respectful of your property, they follow a strict protocol and always leave their work spaces clean and organized. The Ventwerx team overhauled our outdated condo and added all new AC/HVAC/Insulation. We are happy with the project outcome and are very comfortable in our home now - we have a two story and need the air to cool upstairs and this helps on nights where there is no breeze in our area.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. We were facing several technical issues to replace the original HVAC system in our home built in 1977. Angel assessed the job and answered our concerns. His estimate was a little below the average we received from other companies. He asked for no money up front. Other companies wanted close to 40% down. Working with the Ventwerx team was the best. They worked together to solve difficult ducting issues in our 2 story home. They did the work without making any visible cuts of the walls in the living areas of our home. This was not an easy job. It took a crew of 3 to 4 men five days to complete. The team arrived on time. Covered the work areas and spotlessly cleaned up at the end of each day. Their workmanship is clean and professional. The final cost was close to the estimate. Any addition costs were for items we added as the work progressed. The Ventwerx family is welcome in our home.

They arrived on time, diagnosed our issue and changed a fair rate.

They came to help repair our AC due to low refrigerant in a short notice. The service is prompt and professional. I would for sure consider to ask for their help again next time.

From the very first meeting to the end of the job everyone was very professional and friendly. The workers were on time and did excellent quality work. I am very satisfied and would highly recommend this company.

I got a call from them within 2 minutes of requesting a quote. They had a very friendly, competent and quick-working tech at the house within 3 hrs or so, and he had the needed replacement component in his truck. He was in and out in about 30 minutes -- I can't imagine anyone doing the job any quicker/better or less intrusively! My new go-to guys for any future HVAC service needs!

You will need to let the front office know how you want to be contacted as a primary preference as I nearly missed the opportunity to hire them as the offer for an appointment came to my email (only check that rarely while at work) instead of as a telephone call. Other than that great service and they were willing to come out when other services were not. The service technician was very informative and took lots of time to be sure my system was working correctly. He quickly found the problem and did not sell me more than I needed.

George from Ventwerx was able to diagnose the problem with the heating furnace in less than 10 minutes. The issue was with the gas valve. He contacted the OEM vendor and was able to fix the issue as soon as the OEM part became available.

Easily able to setup the appointment, replaced a suspected failed component. Didn't resolve the problem, recommended to purchase a new furnace, and re-do all the existing ducting - I did not do go with that recommendation.

They were very professional and brought my furnace up to code. My old one was as old as my house (48 years). I feel a lot safer with the new furnace.
