The grout was cleaned, mold killed and removed and some areas needed grout replaced. What Guillermo did I didn’t think was possible. Then two days later his uncle Chuy and son came to start the work over a span of 6 days. They leveled my whole floor, installed the tile and also installed my baseboards and the toe kick after.
