"Bob arrived on time for quote. Price was fair based on other properties I have had painted. Bob and his crew did quality work. Since this is a rental property and I was not onsite each day, Bob sent pics and updates every day. They sanded old wood windows and wood trim and made them look fresh again. Fixed holes and imperfections in walls and painted. They also installed new baseboards and window trim in some locations. They also finished the job a day early. I finally found a quality painter that I can trust."

"(1700sq ft house, fully painted) Couldn't be happier with Aldo & Etel and their crew. I?ve had a lot of painters over the years and even painted my own places when I was first getting started, so I have a pretty good idea of what is involved and what quality work looks like From initial quote, material selections and advice throughout the job, everything was handled professionally and without any pressure. Craftsmanship and attention to detail were honestly outstanding. The finish is flawless, they only use quality paints like Behr and Sherwin-Williams. They also did a great job protecting the house with plastic, paper, drop cloths, etc, everything was kept clean and they treated the place with a lot of care, the price was competitive and reasonable. They finished exactly on schedule and worked around our HOA noise hours, which we really appreciated. Aldo, Etel and the crew were reliable, skilled and easy to work with. We?re already planning to have them back in a few months"

"I hired them to paint the front and side of the house. They did a good job on the side including stucco and most of the front. They did a poor job, not prepping hardly at all, my old front door, the main thing I told them I wanted to be done. They had to spend a whole day totally re-doing it and it was finally nice. What irked me the most is they poured the excess paint water onto my lawn and brickwork right near the front door! When I asked them to fix it, he did a poor job and the grass (about a foot square in the corner) will not grow back. I had pointed it out and the supervisor said it would be fixed. It was not. When I showed it to the worker when they were about to leave, he pushed the dirt around a little bit but it is still bad. I actually saw him clean the brushes onto the grass another place and the paint is still visible a few weeks later. I will also have to use paint thinner to clean the several bricks 6 feet from the front door that show the other paint water. The eventual job was nicely done after I would not accept the original work. Pouring paint water on my lawn and bricks was unacceptable. They were always prompt."
