Excellent repair job. Time and attention and care was taken to fix the grout and tiles coming up. In addition, the matter was attended to quickly. Highly recommend. They will get the job done right and not take shortcuts.

I've been renovating apartments for over 40 years and know a good contractor when I see one. Robert Bassuk with R&B Tile is that contractor. His quote was fair and realistic for the scope of the work. $750.oo per day is substantial no doubt, but the reviewed companies that are expert at this in the LA area are few. So, if you have custom tile work that stands out for your property, prepare to pay up. The good news is that if you bite that bullet with R & B Tile you can expect the highest level of expertise and care for a physically demanding job that requires detailed attention, in the fastest time possible. Robert was excellent at his job and used better materials than "Home Chepo". He made sure I was happy along the way, and performed clean up masterfully too. My job only took 2 days compared to other rip off contractors who wanted to practically homestead! ;-) The final result was a custom Travertine walk in shower that look like it was new instead of over 24 years old! Worth it. Period! Thanks Robert.

All things being equal, i *want* to recommend this company - overall they are good people, and they have competitive pricing and quality workmanship. But they give a quote for a project based on DAILY RATE x Expected # Days, and if the work takes longer, you pay more. So, a two day project that ends up taking three will increase your quote by 50%, which happened to me. Additionally, one step of the project, sealing the tile, was not done, and despite numerous contacts, I was never able to get them to schedule a return to finish that.

Entire process was pleasant.. thought price was a bit high but overall very pleased.

R & B tile really saved the day! A small grout replacement job turned into a huge issue when it was discovered that the shower had not been installed with proper waterproofing, and the entire shower floor needed to be replaced. They were able to move forward with the job right away, match the tile that was needed exactly, and leave the shower looking brand new and seamlessly fixed. The job was completed on time and Robert was incredibly communicative, understanding, and helpful the entire time. Wilson had great expertise and did beautiful tile work. They were incredibly respectful of the living space, and would leave the space clean each day. It was great to get to work with them, and would definitely recommend!

We wanted to replace our bathroom floor tile after a major plumbing pipe failure. The plumbers had broken into the concrete foundation to replace the pipe, but that left us with the problem of fixing the damaged flooring -- preferably without replacing ALL the tile. R&B Tile showed up on time and did an excellent job. They even finished early. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Robert is a quintessential professional with responsive communications. The job was to replace the grout in a huge master bathroom. Sergio is the kind of worker, who never looks up as he is working for hours and hours. Robert kept me informed about the progress of the project. The finished project is BETTER than the original. I recommend this business as one of the BEST I have ever had the pleasure of working--please don't hesitate to hire this business if you have any grout needs.

R&B tile did a great job on replacing our outdoor silicone seal along the floor of our stucco walls, natural stone , and window frames during the rainy season. We have yet to see if the job will keep the water from further seeping into our indoor wood floors. Business was responsive and quickly contacted us after my request through Angi.

They did a FABULOUS JOB. We are pushing 80 and the thought of doing a complete remodel at this age with the mess and the expense was overwhelming. VERY prompt for initial visit and scheduling!! We decided to go with re-grouting. The kitchen looks new now and we are thrilled with the results!! Would absolutely recommend them. They are full contractors also. Donâ t hesitate, call this company!!

Robert was very professional and quoted me a fair price. He sent Sergio to my home at the scheduled date and time. Sergio was extremely knowledgeable, explained the process to me and went right to work. The replacement of my broken tile turned out excellent. I would not hesitate to hire this company again.

Hired them to recaulk my tub. Very diligent and I felt like they did it the â rightâ way vs the easy way.

They sent me a message, saying they are RAISING the price....Last-Minute, to $495. Since you only told the it was 2 tiles, instead of the 4-5 tiles. Your companies should not ask for pictures, then BACK-OUT at the last minute. OR.... hold customers for ransom, by raising prices, when they know you are under a time crunch. BAIT SWITCH tactics. Shameful and Unethical you are!!
