What else can you really ask for from contractors. He's organized and a person of integrity. I liked that he sent a Google chart with supplies to purchase that we could work together that helped me figure out what kind of parts and tiles to purchase. "Used Chris for a refresh on our house several years ago and when we decided to go bigger, reached out to him first. After discussion, decided to go with not only a bigger house, but an ADU and a larger garage this entailed demolishing the existing garage structure stretching the house back 10 feet and adding a second story and building a two-story ADU in our yard. As I imagine with a lot of projects, this large, the city has been difficult to deal with so make sure that you take that into account when doing something like this. We are currently wrapping the ADU and have finished the garage. Looking to move into the ADU to continue the build out of the house.
