I needed my roof inspected and repaired before the onslaught of El Nino. They were very busy but said they would fit me in. The owner came out and inspected and told me his guys would get to it when they could. I expected to wait weeks but it was only a few days.
After a subsequent wind storm I found more roof tiles on the ground and could see something wrong on the roof. They came out again and made another patch and didn't even charge me for it.
I will definitely call them when I need to have the whole roof replaced in a couple of years.

We're new homeowners, and during escrow our home inspector told us that our flat roof was nearing the end of its life. I asked GM Roofing to assess the condition of the roof and what could be done to extend the life of the roof.  
After inspecting the roof, Vess from GM Roofing gave us the awesome news that our roof is in good condition and could last for another 10 years. He just recommended an annual roof check-up to check the pipe fittings and gravel guards. We were expecting a major cost this year with the roof, so we're more than relieved with this news.  It was wonderful to get an honest assessment, and I think Vess definitely had this homeowner's best interests in mind. 
 
On the same day, I also had a different general contractor/project manager give his assessment of his roof. He's not a roofing specialist, but he also said that the roof didn't need any work, and could last for at least another 2 years. We're hoping Vess and GM Roofing is right with their prediction of 10 more years with this roof, and we'll get annual maintenance to be on the safe side.
