I had all of the flooring replaced in my home and Cool Life coating on the exterior of my home. The quality of the products, price, and workmanship is excellent and everything was completed in approximately one month total despite the rain we were getting in March. Roy Lansky was the Project Manager and provided excellent customer service. He was courteous, responsive, and made sure the work was completed to my satisfaction. I highly recommend Home Renew 360.

Home Renew 360 was fantastic to work with. We had them come out because our roof was leaking into our living room. Mike, the project manager, was very honest and upfront and quick to assist us. Which you cant always say about contractors. They usually love to promise the world and underdeliver - NOT the case with Mike and Home Renew. They were able to remove the 20 + year old terracotta tile roof in 2 days, and replace the roof with brand new shingles and vent covers all before the rains hit - they even repaired the inside water damage to our living room ceiling - looks like nothing ever happened! All within a 9 day period. My only complaint is that I dont have enough money for the other projects I want to do around my home currently. BUT, I will be having them back to assist us in redoing our kitchen in a few months after we've recouped some money from the new roof. Thanks Home Renew - glad we finally found a contractor in the area that knows what they are doing and prides themselves in doing a job well.

My roof was leaking in two different areas, and I reached out to several companies for quotes. Almost all the roofing companies wouldnâ t touch the job as I have solar panels on much of the roof. Even though the leaks were clearly not under the solar, they wanted to replace the entire roof and priced out removing and reinstalling the solar. Thankfully, Home Renew 360 sent an experienced project manager Amir, who was able to diagnose the problem and took the time to explain all the scenarios. He suggested fixing the two separate areas of the roof and leaving the solar panels and if there was still an issue, weâ d do the larger project. He even built into the quote a price for rotten wood (under the tiles) and told us that they wouldnâ t charge that line item, should the wood be in good condition. Amir sent a detailed quote with dates and expected time for permits from the city. Everything went smoothly from start to finish! The line item for rotten wood was removed (as the wood was ok underneath.) Very honest and professional! We have had one big rain since the fix and thankfully no leaks! I would highly recommend Home Renew 360 for your roofing needs.

So it's been just over a year since I got my bathroom done and sure enough I find out when they stubbed through my roof they never flashed and sealed the opening. I have 2 leaks in my roof that I discovered during the first big rain, tropical storm Hillary. Fortunately, I caught it right away but ultimately they were negligent. That's in addition to several other issues I had including late project delivery after promising each day for a week it would get done, installing a broken toilet which they tried to hid with a sh***y caulking job and had to take out, buy a new one and reinstall it, they lost not one but TWO sets of my own person cleaning eqipment which they also replaced only after pointing it out, did not replace the bathroom door (written in the contract) but rather painted over it and told me it was fine, only one coat of paint on all the walls, which has since been updated to 2, never applied the hot mop as stated in the contract but when I asked they said just the floating cemet was ok, they never applied the tile sealant (also in the contract), did not abide by the working hours in the contract and would be here all times of day and night even aftet telling them to knock it off. Lastly, they hit me with a $7k CO to replace the pipes under the house that I had told them in the walk through and many times prior to work that they were 111 year old pipes and they needed to be replaced, again negligent in their estimating. Over all the bathroom is decent and only looks nice because I designed and PMed it. I would never work with them again, obviously, but just be careful if you do. Most contractors are untristworthy, this is just another case.

We had our bathroom redone by Home Renew 360. Amir was our project manager. Of all the contractors that gave a quote, he was the only one that took the time to actually redesign the bathroom. Throughout the project he was responsive and informative. Any issues we had along the way were quickly solved. His crew was professional, polite, clean, and easy going. They worked around dogs and poor weather. We'll go to Amir and his team for any future projects at our house.

I have just had HomeRenew360 work on several projects on my house----I started with a new roof, then added more (mold remediation, re-stuccoing the outside and reconstructing the interior walls where the mold was found, new LED bulbs in all the cathedral ceilings) because the work was done well and the managers were so accommodating. and easy to work with. Vahid and Amir closely watched the crews on each project, communicating with me about each stage and keeping me in the loop. They are both perfectionists, so all the work was done well. Vahid even figured out how to blend colors of paint spackles to camouflage a spot on the deck where roofing tar had dropped. It was such a peaceful experience to have two managers watching the work from project to project where they made sure they had crews that did careful work.

Home Renew just fixed my roof and installed solar panels. Nathan and his team were phenomenal. They communicated clearly with me though every step of the process. If any issue came up during the installation, they immediately addressed it--and I mean immediately! If my neurotic self sent them a text in the middle of the night about something, they were back at 8 AM making sure it was perfect. They were kind and conscientious to a fault. I feel so lucky to have found them. They were surprisingly affordable as well--especially for the level of professionalism and efficacy they provided. I have a friend who just got his solar panels installed by that one company owned by that one evil billionaire. They wouldn't even touch his roof unless it was perfect. Meanwhile, Home Renew not only installed all-new solar for me; they also fixed my roof, which was a complete disaster before. It looks beautiful now--and the price for both was roughly the same as my friend's solar panels alone. Wow. 5/5 Would recommend! Thank you, Nathan & Co. and Home Renew 360!

I worked with Amir and his team on our home remodel. I had HomeRenew360 gut and replace a hallway bathroom, refaced our fireplace, mold removal, new doors, new vinyl floors and paint my house interior. As major projects go, plans where modified throughout the project at our request. Amir handled our last minute requests without any issues. More importantly he was able to keep his deadline despite material availability issues. He went above and beyond in his customer service throughout the entire project. My wife and I are in love with our home. The tile work is incredible and our floors are the perfect color and quality, which were found using Amirâ s vendor list.

The estimate was expensive but I had a time constraint that they said they could work with. After increasing my estimate for something I thought was included they did not meet my time constraint. The quality of the work is lacking. I am hoping to get at least satisfaction from this job. I know I will not feel extremely pleased.

Jonathan Michelson contacted us within 10 minutes of my request for a pro team to replace my grass with artificial turf. He came by the next day to bid the job ,y explaining the process with many samples to choose from. Professional, knowledgeable about all of the projects his company is capable of doing.
