Right Way Garage Doors did a fantastic job replacing the torsion spring on our garage door. We had worked with this company about 12 years (when they were called Chandler). They did a great job then and a great job again. Their technician (Aidan) arrived on time, knew what he was doing and did a great job. These folks really know what they are doing, they inspire confidence and trust and have very reasonable pricing. If we ever need help again, these guys will be the first ones we call. These guys stand behind their work because they get it done right the first time.

I am so happy with our new garage door that was installed today, 7/5/2022 by Antonio Ayala. He was professional, polite, efficient, and patient. Antonio was very diligent and meticulous with his work. We can’t thank him enough for the wonderful service. Corey from the Sales Department was nice, professional and responsive. I decided to replace my garage door because of gaps. I went to the store and asked a couple of times if the door would be sealed. When they came to do the measuring, again I said multiple times that I needed the door to be sealed because of rodents. In all interactions, the they said that I shouldn't worry about that, even after they saw that the floor isn't leveled. They came to install the door and, to my surprise, there were big gaps below the door. The work sheet had no mention of my request. After I complained, they came back and installed some extra rubber to deal with the issue. The rubber doesn't fix the gap, gets a little stuck while the door is closing, and makes the door not close fully. I imagine I'll have problems with it soon. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Expensive and bad service.

Door had to come from manufacturer. They said out would take 3-4 weeks, and it arrived in that time period. Installation was done as scheduled, and was clean. Old garage door was removed. New Garage door opener and tracks were installed, and worked well.

I would give an overall rating of A-, just for the reason a couple of minor things, nevertheless important, were missed. Technician didn't carry the silicone spray to lubricate the joints (claimed he was out, and was going to drop off one next day, but never did) and ran out of paper invoices that he had to hand-write one! Didn't mention the date on it! Mentioned these so they would pay more attention to the detail in future. On the plus side, they accommodated me at a short notice and it was a rainy evening, but he got the job done.

WOW. I have never had someone work on my house that was as fast, as efficient, and as professional as the worker whose name I do not recall. When he arrived he was all work, never stopped until the job was done. He even fixed of the rollers, which I didn't know were a problem. I would hire again.

Went well - company was very responsive. We had a power outage the morning of the appointment, and I called and was able to reschedule the appointment to later in the day (they called another customer to swap appointment times). The technician was able to tune up the garage door and fix the issue with the garage door not closing with the remote and explained to me the issue of why the garage door was not closing (due to excessive resistive force, which was fixed after the garage door was lubed).
