Demo of current floor tile took a half-day. New floor tile was installed on day 2, and grout on day 3!! The cost was originally $100 higher than the previous estimate by another company. John compromised and gave a $50 discount, which I accepted. The two men worked as a team, were courteous, pleasant, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I was very, very satisfied with the install results, time spent, and cleanup! "Mike and Ramon were great! They were punctual, showed up when they say they will show up. The porcelain tile install was done professionally. My kitchen looks great. They put in 3 transition strips and they were seamless and were done nicely. Before leaving Mike did a final check of every corners making sure the baseboard and transition strips were done correctly. They cleaned up really good too. I highly recommend them."
