"Excellently!! John was able to come to the house to assess the project, timeline, and cost. He and his partner started right away due to a delay in another customer being able to get their product. Demo of current floor tile took a half-day. New floor tile was installed on day 2, and grout on day 3!! The cost was originally $100 higher than the previous estimate by another company. John compromised and gave a $50 discount, which I accepted. The two men worked as a team, were courteous, pleasant, friendly, efficient, knowledgeable, and I was very, very satisfied with the install results, time spent, and cleanup! They put in 3 transition strips and they were seamless and were done nicely.
