John Brouillette, the owner, promptly arrived at the appointed time and did a careful and extensive review of our needs and the tile required. We made an appointment for the work to be done and he arrived precisely on time and carefully placed drop cloths and masked off counter areas to protect from potential damage. John again engaged us to offer alternative tile placement to ensure we understood our options before beginning to tile. He was meticulous and careful in his work and maintained a great attitude that made us feel at ease and confident in his skill. At all times he was considerate and focused on his work. When he finished the tile installation he cleaned up thoroughly and scheduled for the grout application.
