"If I could give I'll Handle It ten stars, I would! I hired Dave, the owner, to tear down my old fence and build me a new one. The proposal price was right in line with what I was expecting and I chose I'll Handle It over the others that I interviewed because of how Dave really listened to what I wanted and although offered suggestions didn't try to push me otherwise. Dave's expertise really became apparent when a snag appeared in the installation because of how the old fence had been installed over a concrete block retaining wall. A masonry person needed to be called in to fix the problem and Dave was able to get him to come over to look at it that same day and the extra cost was right in line with what I was expecting. The masonry repair was completed the next day and Dave finished up constructing my new fence the day after that. This masonry problem really created a problem for Dave because he is very busy and had to move some other work around that he had scheduled for other people. But through it all, he was friendly and solution oriented, and very concerned that my fence was built the way I wanted it. The new fence is fantastic!! I highly recommend Dave and I'll Handle It. "The whole process was outstanding!! I’m someone who doesn’t like construction. The dust especially. But I also wanted an upgrade. I interviewed 3 contractors. Tim Armitage being one of them. He by far was a stand out. Not only was he very friendly and funny but his knowledge of construction was mind blowing. I ended up hiring RCD and was so happy I did. Tim’s crew were very nice and respectful. I didn’t feel uncomfortable. And that’s a big deal to me. Because I work from home I had to stay there during the construction process. Being very dust sensitive they would put plastic up wherever they were working. They also cleaned up the area every day after they were done. I felt they always went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. Tim was great at always keeping the lines of communication open. He always answered his phone. Which I really appreciate. I can be kind of picky. I expect the best and I got it. The project was done in the time frame I was promised. Tim also has an eye for the finishes. He helped me pick out paint colors , tile, countertops etc. so that everything flowed nicely. The project went so smoothly! And for that I was so grateful. My kitchen and bathroom are beautiful.
