"Our home in Sonora was flooded and had to be completely stripped out and re-done. I interviewed at least five or six contractors and took bids and chose Erik. Erik completely remodeled our home to our specifications and did not use any sub contractors. He did all of the work himself. We did a kitchen remodel a bathroom remodel, flooring, wall modifications, electrical and paint. To find somebody that produced the high volume of work and the quality made it a great experience. (A real craftsman) My words to Erik upfront were, “ My experiences with contractors ends up being a problem at the close”. "We hired Joe Lutz Construction to build a new two car garage from plans provided by a local architect. The build site was a challenging sloped lot and Joe provided photos and customer contacts of similar jobs he had done, demonstrating his skill and competence which gave us confidence. "Josue Salgado, of R and S Electric and Builders; came out on February 13th. When he saw what was the issue he informed me he never done a project like this before but he wanted to try. He worked on a water leak I had. At the end of his completing the job, the leak was at minimal. Josue, told me it was residual water. I paid Josue a check #1635, in the amount of $550.00. I came out the next morning, the leak was back. I called Josue, informing him, I still had a water leak. Josue, returned on February 26th. I told him, I was still noticing leaking. He told me that was just drips from excess water, as there appeared to be a slower drip. I paid him an extra $60 in cash. On 27th; the leak was back in full stream. Josue had gone for the day. I called a friend that i know from a company and when i told them what was going on he said it was the part that was causing leak that causing water to flow out in excess. We have the part here and I just come over and put it in for her and he came over and put it in and the leak stopped as soon as possible."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
