"Outstanding experience with Fox Electric! Toby was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain all of my options for a main panel upgrade. He provided several solutions at different price points, allowing me to choose what worked best for my needs and budget. The quality of work was excellent, communication was great, and the entire process was smooth from start to finish. It's clear that Toby takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers. I highly recommend Fox Electric to anyone in need of electrical services and will absolutely be calling them again for future projects."

"This is the second time that I have had Arcflash Electric come out to work on my 5 year old solar system and both time he did a great job. In both cases separate parts of the system malfunctioned while still under warranty. Tony helped me collect the information and submit the claim forms that the two companies required. The rheostat company sent me a new replacement at no charge. The panel company said that they no longer made the panels that I had and they didn’t have any replacement panels in stock. They sent me a check for 38% of a new panel and wished me luck in finding replacement panels. Tony contacted several different suppliers and was able to finally locate replacement panels. Since Tony completed the repairs the system is operating more effectively and is now producing enough energy that the system can power my home, charge my two backup batteries and sell energy back to PG&E. I highly recommend using Arcflash Electric for any electrical work you may need done."

"He returned calls and showed up on time. Heâ s a hard worker, and didnâ t leave until the job was completed ((6:30 am until 6:00 pm), and the yard was cleaned up. I was impressed with his skills and professionalism. I highly recommend him!!!"

"James did an amazing job installing a 200amp panel at my property. Communicated excellent, gave me a very favorable quote and professionally knocked the job out in no time. He was meticulous with his work and clearly took a lot of pride in providing a perfect finished product. 10/10 would recommended him for any electrical needs."

"Prompt and friendly, efficient and informative. Very pleased and satisfied."

"The problem turned out to be a burned out small electric door switch. I believe the price was way too expensive for the service performed and the price of the door switch. What more can I say? It got done."

"I moved into a rental with nothing but dirt, thorns and foxtails in the backyard, which was horrible for my dog. So I called a few companies, one being Rough Terrain and they came out and gave me the most reasonable quote for half of the yard!!! Jesse came out and had it completed in one day and it looks FANTASTIC! Super friendly and professional young man and so was his assistant!"

"I've used Erik with Betz Electric on quite a few projects now, including multiple panel and service upgrades, and he consistently does excellent work. As a general contractor, having dependable subcontractors who show up, communicate well, and get the job done right is extremely important, and Erik has proven to be someone I can count on. His work is always clean and professional, he knows his trade, and he takes the time to make sure things are done right rather than just rushing through the job. He's also been great about working with me when things change in the field, which anyone in construction knows happens all the time. I've been very happy with the work Betz Electric has done for me and will continue using Erik on future projects. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for panel upgrades, service work, or any other electrical project."
