"I bought a new home that had an older pool. I guess it sat empty for a few years so there were a number of issues. We knew we needed a resurface, but didn't understand the extent of the damage due to lack of maintenance of this pool. We called and got a quote. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful! "CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly.
