"Jared is absolutely fabulous. He showed up for is first appointment on time and talked to us about our pool and what we wanted to do. He was great and did not try to up sale us like some other pool guys had. So once he got to work on our pool, he got it sparking clear and had maintained it weekly at a very reasonable price. He is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a pool"

"I bought a new home that had an older pool. I guess it sat empty for a few years so there were a number of issues. We knew we needed a resurface, but didn't understand the extent of the damage due to lack of maintenance of this pool. We called and got a quote. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful! The sales person told us what was needed and the job was done quickly. Our pool is beautiful and our backyard is no longer an embarrassment!!"

I had Moti come out to our home and present us with then option to install a solar system with no money out of pocket.

the appointment was very detailed and informative we received all the information and decided to go with Green Tech as our solar provider.

We really liked the idea that they use Sunpower solar panels that are the best panels in the

solar industry.

A week after we signed the contract someone came to check our roof and design the plans.

the total time it took for our system to go online was very fast it took about 90 days from start to finish.

We are very happy with the outcome we used to pay about $180 a month to LADWP and with this program we pay now $100 a month plus the $10 a month service fee to LADWP.

All I can say is don't think twice, I know you are getting a lot of calls regarding solar everyday but trust me not all solar companies are the same if you are going to go solar and have this panels on your roof for the next 20 - 30 years this is your contractor.

One last thank you is to Deborah that was amazing updating us regarding everything and making sure we have a great experience .

Thank you Moti and Deborah

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Construction typically takes 3-6 months, including site preparation and assembly.

If a buyer pays for a survey, the surveyor they hired will only provide results to them. It’s up to the buyer whether they share the survey results with the seller or not, even if they ultimately walk away from the deal. It’s considered good faith to share the results with the seller, though, especially if you back out of the deal, as the seller can then provide that survey to future interested parties.

Surveys completed by licensed surveyors can be recorded with a local surveying records office, and in most cases, they will be. Filing survey reports categorize them as legal documents, and they can be used whenever legal documentation of your property’s boundaries is needed. While you’re not required to file survey documents, it’s a good idea to do so.

A few different types of land surveys can help determine certain features and boundaries of your property. These include:

  • Boundary surveys describe the actual borders of a property. These are generally required when trying to get construction permits issued.

  • Location surveys provide much of the same information as a boundary survey but also include in-depth information about any improvements made to your property.

  • Mortgage location surveys are usually required by lenders and title companies before financing or offering an insurance policy.

  • Site-planning surveys are done before applying for building permits and can be issued before any major home improvements.

  • Topographic surveys provide a formal map of land elevations. It can also describe the location and size of natural features and any land improvements.

If you or your mortgage lender think your land survey needs to be more accurate, double-check the survey report and get at least a second opinion from the original surveyor and an inspector, if possible. Although it’s unlikely, even reputable surveying companies can make mistakes. An inaccurate survey can cause problems down the road in the case of any property line disputes, so it’s best to resolve any inaccuracies as quickly as possible.
