"Jared is absolutely fabulous. He showed up for is first appointment on time and talked to us about our pool and what we wanted to do. He was great and did not try to up sale us like some other pool guys had. So once he got to work on our pool, he got it sparking clear and had maintained it weekly at a very reasonable price. He is very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend him to anyone with a pool"

"I bought a new home that had an older pool. I guess it sat empty for a few years so there were a number of issues. We knew we needed a resurface, but didn't understand the extent of the damage due to lack of maintenance of this pool. We called and got a quote. Everyone we worked with was very nice and helpful! The sales person told us what was needed and the job was done quickly. Our pool is beautiful and our backyard is no longer an embarrassment!!"

"I scheduled a solar meeting for my house. A nice guy came in and showed me all about solar. I liked the price and the product and I decided to hire them to do the job. The installation went smoothly, crew was polite and clean. Since then I am enjoying my solar system, and no electrical bill.

"CHW was very responsive to my claim (swimming pool circulation pump failed). However, CHW was unable to find a local service provider. After 10 days, my pool was experiencing an algae bloom and I needed to do something quickly. I found a service provider who fixed the pump (bad capacitor) for $50...just a few dollars more than the $45 that would have been out of pocket for a CHW agent to fix the pump."

Pool Construction and Installation questions, answered by experts

Framing is often the most expensive phase of building a house because it’s time-consuming and requires a lot of materials. It costs between $20,000 and $50,000 on average, depending on materials and labor costs. Before construction begins, it’s possible that purchasing land is the priciest step in the process. Some plots of land sell for $3,000, while others cost upwards of $150,000.

If you can’t find any records online, you’ll need to contact your county clerk’s office to do further research. They should have property records on file, or can at least point you in the right direction of who to contact. You can also speak with your neighbors about when their houses were built because they were likely built around the same time.

Grading complexity, debris removal volume, equipment, labor, and permits determine expense levels.

Professionals prevent misalignment, ensure sturdy construction, and save time by handling complex instructions.

Depending on the type of land survey, the report will mark the boundaries of your property, the topographical changes of the landscape, as well as major natural and added structures to the plot. A more detailed survey, like an as-built survey, will note the measurements of the structures and landscape following major construction. A topographic survey will also help your contractor determine the cost of land development projects.
