"I hired Craftsman Home Builders to Tex coat and Cool Wall the exterior of my home. l’m very happy with how my home looks! The workers took pride in their work and cleaned up after themselves. At the same time, I ordered some fire, ember screens from another company, and I was told by Craftsman Home Builders that they would go ahead and install them for me. The other company delayed the delivery of my screens by almost a month and a half. But, I was still assured that they would go ahead and install them when the screens arrived. When they were finally delivered, the workers came to install them. But the custom-made screens were the wrong size. Somewhere along the line, a measurement error had occurred. I was assured by Jordan, an officer of Craftsman Home Builders that the error was not on my end and that they would make good on their promise. I was told they would adjust the siding to accommodate the screens, or re-order the screens at their expense. Together, we problem solved and they were able to install the screens to my satisfaction in a very swift, and professional manner. I’m happy to recommend this company to anyone that wants good work done on their home."

The guy from Newman quoted me $2500. When I asked about what I was getting for the additional $700, I was told a string of outright lies. (1) We have a better reputation than our competition. In fact, one of the others were better rated on Angies List. (2) Our product line (Milgard) was much superior to the competition. In fact, the competition (Swinton) was better rated by Consumer Reports. (3) Our warranty is better than the competition. In fact, the competition has a double life-time warranty that even covers accidental breakage. The estimator became belligerent and defensive and left abruptly. Very, very unprofessional."
