We decided to cancel the roofing contract on July 30th, which was well within the cancellation period. However, as of today, the company has not returned our deposit and has given us no communication about when we will receive it. This is not how a professional company should treat customers. We are still waiting for our money to be returned."

"We replaced glass in 2 windows and installed 2 screens. The replacement work itself was done very quickly, we liked it and honestly were happy with the quote and Victor?s communication. The only issue was that the glass got scratched during the installation and silicone leaked when sealed, so you can see it outside the window. And then it was a lot of back and forth to come and cut the silicone, sand the glass. We ended up having a glass inspection come in and got discount of $400 for the scratch. Overall it is a fair value I would say, cheaper than replacing the whole window, we were just surprised to see what a low standard it is for the scratches on the glass and our quick and smooth glass replacement turned into somewhat frustrating process to get the job completed."
