Best window shutter pros near Simi Valley, CA

"Eddie was very nice & professional. He also had some extra rings for my curtains that saved me a trip to the store. I was very pleased with the results & the price. He is very knowledgeable. I already recommended him to a long time friend who is a great interior designer. Who has worked with major celebrities. Thank you to Elm Window's. I would hire him again no questions asked!"

"Very happy with our new window shutters from Top Wood Shutter Inc. The shutters look beautiful, fit perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from consultation to installation. Great customer service and quality work!"

818 Shutters & Shades was built to fix what's broken about buying window treatments. We're not a legacy showroom — we're operators who studied this industry, found where it fails customers, and rebuilt the experience around getting it right.\n\nThat starts with curation. We've handpicked the best manufacturers and the best installers, rather than pushing whatever's easiest to sell. It continues with transparency — we've built our own technology to speed up the process, keep you informed at every step, and help you actually understand what you're buying instead of guessing.\n\nThe result is a smoother, clearer, more precise experience from your first consultation to final install — every window measured twice and fitted by installers we trust, protected by our limited lifetime warranty.\n\nSchedule your complimentary in-home design consultation:\n🌐 818shuttersandshades.com\n📞 Call or text (818) 665-7244\n✉️ [email protected]\n📅 Book online, anytime

"I had indoor shutters in two rooms removed for refinishing and the removal and reinstall was superbly done. I later purchased new indoor shutters for another room and the craftsmanship of the installation wasl excellent."

"Did not recieve the estimate after the consultant arrived. When I called back received the estimate very quickly. However the estimate was over 20K for 15 plantation shutter windows which is about double any of the other estimates."

"They were so nice! I needed new Staples on my shutters and also my dog ate one of the louvers that needed to be replaced."

"I got excellent customer service and installation was included. Lari explained clearly about what the products are available and the quality of these products compared with other companies out there. They gave me a delivery date that was right on time. The shutter installer was very experienced with the installation and they were shipped and packaged with care. After seeing how beautiful they were in my home I ordered the remaining rooms in my home that still needed window coverings. I highly recommend this company and the shutters are made in the USA."

"Great job with installing my exterior shutters! Highly recommend"
