"We needed a safer entrance for everyday use and accessibility, so Eran suggested building steps alongside a ramp. His crew built the structures at the same time, using rebar and proper slope calculations. The ramp has a gentle incline that meets code, and the broom finish provides good traction. The steps are wider than before, with a landing that improves access. City inspectors visited to check compliance, and the project passed. The combination design works well for our family and makes the entry more functional. It?s practical, durable, and complements the rest of the exterior improvements nicely."

His rate are VERY reasonable, his end product is VERY professional, I will use him again on future work that is going to be needed. "Erik was a good salesman and his workers did a good job demoing the old roof and putting on the new one. Erik was always available via text or phone if we had any concerns. The only issue we had was the clean up. We found a lot of debris from the demolition behind our garage. Apparently, they did not bother to check there. They did a pretty good job around the house though. Erik had is workers clean up debris that got into our stove hood (pieces of wood had gotten into the fan area). Overall, we were pleased at the job performed."
