+ -1 moreI had done my research before buying and decided on Bosch dishwasher to replace my LG. I checked the three stores in the area that sold Bosch (here, Lowes and Best Buy). I decided to use WDC as I had used them before and felt it would be a better experience with a store that sold appliances as its main business (not hardware or electronics). I went early and met with the saleswoman Takoa who helped me with the entire sale. I saw the dishwasher I wanted - price was right and it was available quickly. She arranged an install service to pick up, deliver, install and haul away. It was a painless procedure and I am happy with the new dishwasher and with WDC.

+ -1 moreEverything went exactly as planned?they arranged installation and delivery and it all went off without a hitch. Pete, our salesman, was knowledgeable and helpful and we couldn't be more pleased! The kitchen is way more functional and up-to-date now.
Description of Work: We actually used the Warehouse Discount Center on Topanga in Chatsworth but I couldn't find them listed…..We used them for a mini-update of our kitchen. We purchased a new countertop, sink, stovetop, and hood.

Description of Work: They sold me a washer and dryer. The dyer arrived in damaged condition. I immediatedly called Warehouse Discount Center and was told that a manager would call me back the following monday since it was a Saturday. I did not get a call back. After several call to the seller I was able to reach Michelle Garcia, customer service manager. I submitted the pictures of the damaged dryer and the box to her. She stated that the items were shipped new in a factory sealed box and that I would need to pursue a claim with the carrier: R+L Carriers which I did. R+L denied the cargo claim insisting that I would need to prove that they caused the damage.

+ -1 moreI received the washer in great shape but the dryer was damaged when I received it and they have yet to compensate me for the damage. At this point they are blaming the carrier and the carrier says they want proof that they damaged it so I'm stuck at a dead end at this point.
